If you have some questions while browsing our shop, please first read the questions we get asked most by our customers. However, if you don't find the answer to your question here, you can of course contact us at any time.

 How long does it take to get my ordered products?

Delivery time varies. Products on stock are shipped the same, or next, working day, so you will receive the package in 2 work days. For products not on stock, delivery time varies usually within 7-10 days. Information on the availability of the product is noted beside each product.

 Can I return the products if they don't suit me?

You can get products replaced or ask for a refund, if you notify us about this within 14 days of pick up, and then returning it in 14 days to our returns address. Products must be in their original packaging and unsued, otherwise returns and refunds are not possible. The customer is responsible for covering returning shipping charges. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.

 Are packages discreet?

We ensure 100% discretion. Ordered products are packed and shipped in neutral boxes without logos.

 How much is shipping?

Shipping cost for orders below 60€ is 4€. For orders above 60€, the shipping cost is free.

 What do I do if I'm not home for delivery?

If you weren't home when delivery was made, you will get a notice from the delivery company informing you about how to proceed.

 Do you have a brick&mortar shop where I can see products first?

We do not currently have a physical location where you could see and pick up products.

 Which payment options are available?

Orders up to 200€ can be paid cash on delivery, by bank transfer or PayPal. For orders over 200€, the options are bank transfer or PayPal.

 Where can I get a discount?

Discounted products can be found in the category Sale (top right corner). Additional discount codes are sometimes available in sweepstakes, promotions on social networks and by being subscribed to our newsletter.

 I can't complete my order.

If you can't complete your order, first check that you have filled all required fields with correct data. If you are already registered at the shop, you won't be able to create another user account with the same email. Just sign in with the information you used the first time and then you will be able to complete the order. If you have done this and still have a problem with the order, we are available at info@corner69.com, where we will be able to help you.

 Do the products have warranty?

All electrical products have a 1 year warranty on their electrical parts. Additional warranty, if any, is noted by each product.

 I've never bought anything in a sex shop before and I don't know what to buy.

 I'm ordering products as a gift, can you send them to another address?

Of course. In this case we suggest PayPal or bank transfer payment and we'll send the products to the address given for delivery.
