Delivery time varies. Products on stock are shipped the same, or next, working day, so you will receive the package in 2 work days. For products not on stock, delivery time varies usually within 7-10 days. Information on the availability of the product is noted beside each product.
You can get products replaced or ask for a refund, if you notify us about this within 14 days of pick up, and then returning it in 14 days to our returns address. Products must be in their original packaging and unsued, otherwise returns and refunds are not possible. The customer is responsible for covering returning shipping charges. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.
Discounted products can be found in the category Sale (top right corner). Additional discount codes are sometimes available in sweepstakes, promotions on social networks and by being subscribed to our newsletter.
If you can't complete your order, first check that you have filled all required fields with correct data. If you are already registered at the shop, you won't be able to create another user account with the same email. Just sign in with the information you used the first time and then you will be able to complete the order.
