How long does it take to receive my ordered products?

Delivery time may vary. Products that are in stock in our main warehouse are shipped the same or the next working day, so you usually receive them within 2 business days, depending on location. For products stored in an external warehouse, the delivery time is 7–10 days. The delivery time is indicated on each product page.

Can I return the products if they don’t suit me?

You can exchange the products for others or request a refund if you inform us within 14 days of receiving the product and return it to our return address within 14 days. The products must be unused and in their original packaging; otherwise, exchanges and refunds are not possible. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and we do not accept cash-on-delivery return packages.

Are the packages discreet?

We guarantee 100% discretion. Ordered products are packed in a neutral brown box without logos.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for purchases under 60€ vary depending on the selected delivery method and generally range between €3 and €5. Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.

What should I do if I’m not at home during delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a notice in your mailbox so you can collect the package at your local post office.

Do you have a store where I can see the products in person?

Currently, our stores where you can view our products are located only in Slovenia and Croatia.

What payment options are available?

For amounts up to €200, you can pay by cash on delivery, card, bank transfer (UPN), or PayPal. For amounts above €200, payment is only possible by card, bank transfer (UPN), or PayPal. For personal pickup, payment is possible in cash or by card.

Where can I get a discount?

Discounted products can be found in the Discounted category. You can also get discount codes by participating in our giveaways, and we send them to our loyal customers through our newsletters.

I cannot place an order.

If you cannot place an order, please check again whether you have entered all required information correctly. If you are already a registered user, you must log in using the details you provided during registration. If you have problems, contact us at info@corner69.com, and we will gladly help you.

Do the products have a warranty?

All electrical products come with a 1-year warranty.

I have never bought from a sex shop before and don’t know what to choose.

No problem! We are happy that you decided to shop with us and will gladly help you choose. Call us or send us an email, or ask your question directly on our website.

I’m buying the products as a gift. Can you send them to another address?

Of course. In that case, we recommend paying by card, PayPal, or bank transfer (UPN). We will send the products to the address specified in the order, even if it differs from the payer’s address. If you wish, we can also gift-wrap the products for you.
