When buying batteries for your erotic device, it is essential to choose the right type of battery. This is always stated in the product description and on its packaging. A device that requires AAA batteries will not work with AA batteries, of course.

Also, insert the batteries into the device correctly oriented, otherwise, it will not work. How to orient them is almost always indicated on the product. If not, try all possible combinations until the device turns on.

Products often also have protective sheets in the battery compartment, which must be removed before first use to enable the device to turn on, as their purpose is to interrupt contact between the battery and the product.

Proper care for toys with batteries is very important. It is advisable not to leave the batteries in the device when it is not in use. Also, remove them before cleaning the toy, and only insert them just before use. When the batteries are not in the product, store them properly.

Improper storage of toys with batteries often results in explosions. Batteries, not toys. It is also not a large and dangerous explosion like those you might see in action movies. Your house will not burn down, don't worry. It is such a weak reaction that it is not even visible on the exterior of the toy. It is only noticeable when the product stops working and there is white powder or a brownish liquid in the battery compartment. When this happens, unfortunately, the toy is no longer usable.

Chargers

At our store, you can only buy the charging cable for products from the manufacturer LELO. It is compatible with all their products, except for the Smart Wand products.

All rechargeable products come with the appropriate charging cable included in the packaging.

It is important to know that not every cable is suitable for every toy. Ensure that you charge the toy only with the cable that was included. This protects both the product and the charger from damage, thus extending their lifespan.

Make sure not to lose or damage the charger, as it (except if it is from LELO) cannot be obtained separately from the toy. You also cannot use chargers intended for charging other electronic devices in the household for charging.

If the product stops charging and it's been less than a year since its purchase, you can return it to us with the receipt and prior notification. After a confirmed complaint, we will gladly replace it with a new one, allowing you to continue enjoying your favorite toy.

Also, make sure not to overcharge the toy. This does not mean that you should avoid using it to reduce the amount of charging ;). When you charge the toy, charge it only for the duration specified in the product description. Do not leave a vibrator, which is fully charged in two hours, plugged into the charging cable from morning till evening. Overcharging the products reduces the endurance and lifespan of the battery. The same effect occurs with undercharging. If you are in a hurry and the toy has a dead battery, frequently charging it for only 10 minutes will damage it.
