Free Shipping

All orders that exceed a certain value qualify for free shipping. For more information, see the Delivery page.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, where you also have the option to choose free shipping. The method and condition of delivery do not change, and we bear all shipping costs of the package.

Discount Code

On Facebook, Instagram, in newsletters, and occasionally elsewhere, we publish a discount code. Follow us everywhere, and you're sure to come across one ;)

How do you use the code?

Simply enter it in the Discount Code field at checkout. The discount is automatically calculated and displayed at the final total.

Loyalty Points

With every purchase or submitted review as a registered user, you earn loyalty points, so always log in to your account before making a purchase or submitting a review. Unregistered users will not accumulate loyalty points.

Every full 1€ means 1 point, for example, a purchase amounting to 52.95€ earns the user 52 loyalty points. In the case of purchasing multiple products, points are added for each individual product, for example, a product for 6.95€ means 6 points and a product for 24.95€ means 24 points, totaling 30 points.

Points are automatically added to your online account in our store when the order is finalized (shipped and received).

These points can then be redeemed by the user on the next purchase, where every 10 points mean a 0.5 € discount. You can use all your points up to a maximum of 50% of the purchase.

Since user feedback is important to us, you can also earn additional loyalty points each time you write a review about a product in our store. Each review written and published after administrator review earns 10 points. We reserve the right not to publish a submitted review for any reason.
