Electro lubricants and electro-conductive gels

Which electro toy do I recommend for electro sex?

To begin with, a basic unit and pad-shaped electrodes will be enough; you simply stick them to the body - below the waist! Use all electro toys exclusively below the waist (except those specifically intended for use above). Electrical current can disrupt the normal functioning of the heart.

So you need a TENS basic unit, originally designed to relieve deep muscle pain, which looks like a box, and two electrode pads that you connect to the basic unit. The pads enable impulse conduction and are enough for your first pleasures in electrostimulation.

Once you get used to electrostimulation, you can also use the TENS unit in combination with other toys designed for electro sex (you cannot just plug in any toy): dildo, anal plug, penis cage, gloves, vaginal balls … The more outputs the basic unit has, the more toys you can connect to it.

Single-pole or double-pole toys

In descriptions, you can often find information that a toy is single-pole or double-pole (also mono- or bipolar). What does this mean? Single-pole toys have one contact surface, so you need two to create a circuit. The simplest example is electrode pads for the body. If you stick only one pad to your body, you feel nothing. When you attach the second one as well, you allow the electrical current to travel through.
