Menstrual Cups Crushious - Minerva S+L, with Pouch and Toy Cleaner

Minerva is the perfect solution for dealing with menstruation in a healthy, economical, and environmentally friendly way. When correctly positioned in the body, it becomes unnoticeable, and its rounded end offers exceptional comfort even during intense sports. It is made from medical-grade silicone and crafted as a single piece without seams, reducing potential discomfort.

The Crushious menstrual cup works on a vacuum principle and is very easy to use. You can use it for up to 12 hours without removal, and it lasts between 5 and 10 years.

Usage Recommendations:

1. Before first use, sterilize your cup in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Thoroughly wash your hands before and after handling the cup.
3. You can use water or a water-based lubricant for easier insertion.
4. Try different folding methods until you find the one that suits you best.
5. Ensure that the cup is correctly inserted and gently pull to check if a vacuum has been created.
6. You can now use your Minerva continuously for 12 hours.
7. When it's time to remove the cup, sit comfortably on the toilet, pull the end, and gently squeeze the base. Pour out the contents.
8. Rinse Minerva with water or wipe with a cloth and reinsert it if needed.
9. No need to wash or sterilize during your cycle.
10. After use, thoroughly wash the cup with mild soap and warm water. For additional effectiveness, use Crushious toy cleaner. Rinse and sterilize for 10 minutes.
11. Let it dry and store it in a cotton bag.
12. In the next cycle, simply repeat all the steps.

Never share your menstrual cups with others and do not use during sexual intercourse.
