Masturbation for Better Sex

If you follow our topics, you’ve heard me say masturbation can make sex better. Today I’ll finally explain how. And at the end, you’ll hear how many people first started ;)

If you masturbate, you’ll get hairy palms! And your hair will fall out, you’ll go blind, and you won’t feel anything down there anymore! Well, all of this and more is what people used to say to prevent masturbation.

Today, however, we know that this is not even remotely true.

If you’re up to date with our topics, then you already know that I’ve talked several times about how masturbation can contribute to better sex. Today I’ll finally say a bit more about that too.

At the end, you’ll also find out the ways many people started masturbating ;)

When are you old enough to start masturbating?

There is no age limit for masturbation. Even babies start touching their intimate parts because they quickly realize it feels good.

There is nothing wrong with exploring your body and masturbating, and almost all of us do it.

Why is it good to masturbate?

Masturbation for better well-being

During masturbation, dopamine is released. When there is more dopamine in the brain, we are in a better mood and have more energy, motivation, and imagination. In addition, masturbation contributes to better sleep. And if that’s not enough, research even shows that masturbation relieves menstrual cramps and reduces stress.  That’s why many people also masturbate more when they have to study.

You find out what you like and what you don’t

When you have sex with a partner, it’s much easier if you have at least a rough idea of what you like and what you don’t. You can then share this information with them, or simply show them. This is also an excellent springboard for further exploration.

For boys: improve your stamina

During masturbation, you can train your stamina. And the best way to do that is edging.

Edging is when, just before you’re about to come, you hold back and wait a few moments for that feeling to pass. Then you continue and repeat this as many times as you want. When you finally allow yourself to come, the orgasm will also be much more intense.

Do the same during sex if you want it to last longer. While you’re waiting, pleasure your partner with your fingers or your mouth.

And one more tip: Masturbate with a condom too, so you get used to the feeling. You’ll also practice putting on a condom and have less to clean up ;).

For girls

Experiment with different forms of stimulation to find out what feels best to you.

Pay special attention to your breathing. When you feel you’re about to come, relax and breathe deeply. And when you’re with a partner, do the same. In a way, you can train yourself to have an orgasm more easily.

Masturbation as a couple

Having your partner watch you while you masturbate might sound a little uncomfortable to some people. But in reality, it can be a veryyy sexy part of foreplay or even an entire event on its own. Many couples report that they enjoy watching their partner do it. In addition, you can learn a lot from it and then use that knowledge to your advantage.

What if you don’t feel like masturbating at all?

If you’re reading this and thinking: “What if I don’t want to masturbate? Do I have to? Is there something wrong with me because I’m not interested in it at all?”

Well, here’s the thing: you absolutely do not have to do it if you don’t want to. If you don’t feel like it, you don’t feel like it, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Some people simply have a stronger desire for sex and sexuality than others. The main thing is to listen to yourself and not do anything you don’t want to do.

Do I need toys to masturbate?

This is another plus of masturbation - you don’t need anything other than your own body. But if you want to use a toy, well, that’s great too. With these things, it’s always like this: no one can tell you when you’re ready. You know best yourself!

Do you lose your virginity if you use a vibrator?

No :) If you’re interested in more about this, you can watch the video about virginity that I’ve already recorded.

Wet dreams

What are wet dreams? Wet dreams are when, during sleep, you unintentionally have an orgasm - without touching yourself. They are called that because in men, ejaculation happens at the same time. But women can have wet dreams too. They usually appear during puberty, but some people never experience them.

How boys start masturbating:

Are you interested in how a lot of boys start masturbating?

Research shows that many boys learn from older brothers or friends. If not, it doesn’t take long for a boy to figure out on his own that it feels good to touch his penis, for example in the shower. Or he starts rubbing against the mattress when his penis becomes erect while he’s lying on his stomach.

When a boy comes for the first time, it doesn’t necessarily mean that ejaculation happens too. Sometimes boys who haven’t had anyone explain anything to them about self-pleasure think they broke something when they ejaculate for the first time and promise themselves they’ll never do it again. But usually they don’t last long and quickly realize that nothing is broken.

How girls start masturbating:

Well, with girls it’s a little different.

They usually learn a lot about masturbation on their own or read something about it. Without anyone telling them anything or showing them. Girls discover masturbation in many more different ways than boys. This can happen, for example, when they climb poles or ropes, or while riding a bike. Sometimes they squeeze a pillow between their legs or lean against a vibrating household appliance - for example, a washing machine during the spin cycle. Some girls discover the massage settings on the shower head or in a hot tub. Others lean against the edge of a table or sofa and rub against it. In short, there are tons of ways.

So, that’s all for today. If you liked it, you can also watch the other videos from this series that we’ve already recorded.
