Suitable for beginners; it's the first silicone plug I've tried. It's flexible, easy to insert, and stays in place. In the box you also get 2 small tubes of lubricant, a 30 ml cleaning tube, and 2 "finger sleeves," which are basically mini condoms for your finger—pretty useless. I clean with water before and after use and that's perfectly sufficient. If you're choosing your first anal plug I also suggest a metal plug, which I generally prefer.
